Shipping Policy

Fast, Safe, and Green Delivery to Your Doorstep

At RMGREENHUB, we understand that delivering live plants and fragile ceramic pots requires special care and attention. We have partnered with top-tier courier services to ensure your green friends reach you safely and quickly.

1. Order Processing Time

We want your plants to arrive fresh and healthy. Therefore:

  • All orders are processed and dispatched within 1 to 3 business days.
  • Orders are not shipped or delivered on Sundays or public holidays.
  • To prevent live plants from being stuck in courier warehouses over the weekend, orders placed on Friday or Saturday are usually dispatched on Monday.

2. Shipping Charges

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Our rates depend on the weight/volumetric weight of the package and your delivery location.

  • We often provide Free Delivery on orders above a certain cart value (e.g., ₹999). Please check our website banner for current ongoing offers.
  • Cash on Delivery (COD) may incur a small additional handling fee charged by the courier partner.

3. Estimated Delivery Time

Once dispatched, the estimated delivery time depends on your location:

  • Metro Cities: 2 to 4 business days.
  • Rest of India: 4 to 7 business days.

Note: Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to extreme weather conditions, natural disasters, or logistical issues beyond our control.

4. Packaging (The "Green" Care)

We take immense pride in our secure packaging:

  • Live Plants: Specially designed eco-friendly corrugated boxes are used to keep the plant stable, retain moisture in the soil, and allow airflow so the plant breathes during transit.
  • Ceramic Pots: Wrapped in multi-layer protective bubble wrap and placed in shock-absorbing outer cartons to prevent breakage.

5. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email/SMS once your order has shipped, containing your tracking number(s). The tracking link will be active within 24 hours of dispatch. You can also track your order directly from your Profile > My Orders section.

6. Damages During Transit

RM ENTERPRISE stands behind the quality of our packaging. However, if you receive a damaged product (broken pot or dead plant):

  • Please take an unboxing video and clear pictures of the damaged item immediately upon receipt.
  • Contact us within 24 hours of delivery.
  • Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim. For detailed steps, refer to our Return & Refund Policy.
