Return & Refund Policy

Clear, Fair, and Customer-Friendly Guidelines

At RMGREENHUB, customer satisfaction is our top priority. However, because we deal with living organisms (plants) and fragile items (ceramic pots), our return and refund policies are specially tailored to ensure fairness to both our customers and our business.

Important: We highly recommend taking a continuous Unboxing Video as soon as you receive your package. This is mandatory for claiming refunds or replacements for damaged or missing items.

1. Live Plants Policy

Plants are living things and go through transit stress. It is normal for a plant to look slightly dull or drop a yellow leaf upon arrival. Give it some sunlight, water, and a few days to recover.

  • No Returns: We do not accept returns for live plants, as they cannot survive a two-way journey.
  • Dead or Severely Damaged Plants: If the plant arrives completely dead or irreparably damaged, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with the unboxing video and clear photos. We will provide a free replacement or a full refund.

2. Non-Plant Items (Pots, Fertilizers, Accessories)

  • 7-Day Return Window: You can initiate a return for non-plant items within 7 days of delivery if you are unsatisfied with the product or received the wrong item.
  • Condition: The item must be unused, in its original condition, and with all original packaging and tags intact.
  • Broken/Damaged Pots: If a ceramic pot arrives broken, report it within 24 hours with an unboxing video. We will issue a replacement or refund immediately without requiring you to return the broken pieces.

3. Order Cancellations

  • Before Dispatch: You can cancel your order for a full refund at any time before it is dispatched. Simply log into your account or contact customer support.
  • After Dispatch: Once an order is handed over to the courier partner, it cannot be cancelled. If you refuse delivery, shipping charges may be deducted from your refund.

4. Refund Process

Once your return/cancellation is approved, we will initiate the refund process.

  • Prepaid Orders: Refunds will be credited back to the original payment method (Credit/Debit Card, UPI, NetBanking) within 5 to 7 business days.
  • Cash on Delivery (COD): For COD orders, we will send you a link to provide your bank account or UPI details, and the refund will be processed within 5 to 7 business days after receiving your details.

5. How to Initiate a Claim

To request a refund, replacement, or return, please follow these steps:

  1. Send an email to support@RMGREENHUB.com or WhatsApp us at our support number.
  2. Include your Order ID in the subject line.
  3. Attach the unboxing video and clear images of the product.
  4. Briefly explain the issue. Our team will review your claim and get back to you within 24-48 hours.
