We use specially designed, eco-friendly corrugated boxes that keep the plant stable during transit. The soil is covered to retain moisture, and the boxes have small ventilation holes so the plant can breathe. Our packaging is tested to keep plants healthy for up to 7-10 days in transit.

It is completely normal for live plants to experience "transit shock" after being in a dark box for a few days. Unbox the plant immediately, keep it in a well-lit area (avoid direct harsh sunlight initially), and lightly water the soil if it feels dry. It should perk up within 2 to 3 days!

We wrap our ceramic pots in multiple layers of premium bubble wrap. However, if rough handling by the courier causes damage, don't worry! Just share an unboxing video within 24 hours of delivery to our WhatsApp or email support, and we will issue a free replacement or full refund immediately.

Yes, we offer Cash on Delivery (COD) for most pin codes in India. A nominal handling fee may be added by our courier partners for COD orders. We highly encourage prepaid orders for faster processing and contactless delivery.

Orders are typically dispatched within 1-3 business days. Once dispatched, delivery takes 2-4 days for Metro cities and 4-7 days for the rest of India. You will receive a tracking link via email/SMS once your order is shipped.
